Water, sewer and trash services are included in the lease. WiFi and community laundry access are available for a monthly fee. Residents are responsible for electric deposit and monthly fee through Westar Energy.
A security deposit of $1,000.00 is due upon signing the lease.
Yes, security deposits are refundable with a 30-day written notice after the lease agreement has been fulfilled and the apartment is left clean and free of any damages. Any final balances due are deducted from the security deposit before being refunded.

Yes, dogs and cats under 35 pounds are allowed. Nor more than two pets are allowed per apartment. Pet deposits are required.
One pet is a $350 deposit with a $200 non-refundable. Two pets is $500 with $300 non-refundable.
There are no garages, covered or reserved parking spaces, but plenty of free off-street parking is available.
High speed internet service is available for a monthly fee.
Monthly rent for a 3 Bed + 2 Bath apartment is $1,150.
Monthly rent for a 4 Bed + 2 Bath apartment is $1,400.
